During the first 6-12
hours of a cold, make a tea with 3 scallion bulbs,
cut up scallion greens, and 3-5 slices (grated) of
fresh ginger root. Steep 5 minutes and drink. Repeat
1-3 times during the first 12 hours of a cold.
